Convenient wonderful hotel with favourable location in a peaceful area of Stockholm. Absolutely superb and fantastic breakfast, cheap family room. Family ambiance, exceptionally comfortable beds and great-sized bathroom.

The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, catering to many different tastes, which makes mornings enjoyable. Good access to public transportation at nearby Alvik Torg makes it easy to navigate the area and get around the city.

Noise levels can be disruptive, especially from the crowded restaurant and bar area during weekends, heavily impacting the evening's tranquility.

maybe a bit too far out of town, although there is a subway station nearby, it takes about 15min to get to the city-center ; breakfast was a bit to crowded

The hotel is very well located 100 meters from the metro station Alvik and you can move with this system everywhere. Practically everyone speaks English and helps you a lot. The breakfast is fantastic although there are no croissants there are five stations with different meals although the variety of fruit is only pineapple watermelon and banana...there is no fruit salad...In the breakfast room which is huge because of the amount of people that can receive also the staff is more than friendly and there is a girl who is in charge and walks 20 km during her management in the 3 hours that lasts from 0630/0930...I could not retain her name but she is blonde-blue eyes and has exquisite manners always smiling...it is a plus.

The reception has a key figure called ANNEKA she is fantastic fun and always with a smile...but it happened that on her day off I called the reception to ask for towels that had not been changed and I had to go down to get them as it had been over an hour and they were not bringing them. I received an apology from those who were there but I realized that the room service was not working well. I did not like that the room did not have a closet or shelves to leave the clothes so during my three nights I left the clothes in the suitcases.

The staff offered a warm welcome and excellent service throughout. My room was spacious, clean, and featured a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a wide selection of tasty options, including fresh fruits and organic juices.

Everything was pretty nice, especially quite rich breakfasts, free underground parking and funny room key-cards. Underground station is 5- mins walk as far as local food shop.

Rich and large breakfast for the start of the day with sweets and eggs and bacon and from eggs. Early check-in, late check-out, excellent staff

I loved my Standard Room. It was spacious and impeccably clean. The breakfast buffet stood out with its diverse options, especially the palm oil-free hazelnut spread and gluten-free offerings. Plus, the hotel's proximity to Alvik metro station made exploring the city super convenient!

Too small parkinggarage.

1-There are no variety in the breakfast buffe . 2- The room are too small. 3- There are no seperate lobbey (they mix the bar with the lobbey). 4- Sound isolation between rooms are not good ( i wake up many times on the night because of the sound of talking of other people or when they close the doors of their rooms).5- The view from 4th floor is Buss garage so i recommend higher floor to avoid the sound and the view.

The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety, including delicious pancakes. The staff worked hard to accommodate our needs despite no air conditioning in the room, which made our stay slightly uncomfortable.
